The minimal rentable area will amount to ca. 320 sq. m which means that even four tenants may resident on one floor at maintenance of a highly effective utilization of available space. The maximal amount of glass in the structure's elevation will provide each floor an optimal level of lighting.

The architectural project of the office was devised by the PRC Architekci studio, the general contractor is the RE-Bau company and the exclusive agent responsible for the preparation and realization of the commercialization strategy and marketing is the CBRE Office Area Department. The Cracow office market has one of the lowest rates of unrented space. Additionally, Cracow is considered as a capital of the BPO sector in Poland which naturally drives interest among tenants in letting of area. I am really proud that the CBRE Office Area Department is responsible for the commercialization of Vistula Business Garden. The investment is located at Maria Konopnicka 33 Street next to Grunwaldzki Bridge and Bulwary Wiślane and also in the close proximity to the Hilton Garden Inn hotel. The commission of the office is planned on the third quarter of 2016. At present, the project is in the process of the BREEAM certification with a Very Good grade.
Vistula Business Garden is one of the projects which are being realized by an investor from Cracow – Maciej Sikorski, who conducts a developer activity within the investment groups in both residential and commercial property sectors.
