Vantage Development SA announced that in March this year they will begin erection of an office building called Promenada Epsilon. As we read further at business.pl, it is going to be the first phase of building an office-residential complex Promenady Wrocławskie in the centre of Wroclaw.
The entire Promenada complex is going to have 2 000. of flats and 80 000. sqm. of office space. The project is going to involve development of a 15 ha area in vicinity of Odra and Kanal Miejski with its own wharf. In accordance with the project, the building is going to be characterised by a modern body. The architectural concept, which was chosen in architectural competition, was prepared by INVI studio under Guy Perry’s management.
The general contractor of the Promenady Epsilon office and service building is going to be CFEPolska sp. Z o.o. The building will be commissioned in June 2012.
