The scope of duties of a new manager in the Karolkowa Business Park office located in Warsaw, that is JLL, will include launching of the building, taking care of relations with tenants and activities in the technical, operational, administrative and financial areas.
Karolkowa Business Park is a modern office class A which offers over 15 000 sq. m of office area and over 2600 sq. m of commercial and service area. The tenants and guests will have an underground garage for 260 parking places at their disposal. The characteristics of that 11-tier structure are green terraces on the roof, which increase the comfort of work, and application of pro-ecological and energy-saving technologies. The Karolkowa Business Park design was commissioned at the beginning of this year. The structure’s developer is Asbud Group.
Karolkowa Business Park is located in a dynamically developing metropolitan office location – on so called Bliska Wola at the crossroads of Grzybowska and Karolkowa Streets. The project’s asset is the access to the means of public transport – a number of tram and bus stops as well as Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station.
