Equal Business Park – the building of which started at Wielicka Street in March 2015 – will be a complex of two offices class A. The first of them will be commissioned in the first quarter of 2016 and it will offer 7080 sq. m of rentable area. The second one (structure B) will offer 15 591 sq. m of office and service area intended for lease.
In Equal Business Park a developer envisaged i.a. 24-hour security of the building and elegant reception, BMS system, monitoring with access control to the structure and 12 fast elevators. All employees of the structure A will benefit from a lunch bar, whereas canteen is planned to be realized in the building B. Moreover, there will be 540 parking places located in underground garages and external car park.
The investor did not forget about ecological aspects of the investment and numerous facilities for bicyclists were envisaged – including a station with parking places for bikes and changing-rooms with showers. The fact that the complex is being realized in accordance with the BREEAM certificate is evidence of minimalized influence of the structure on the environment.
The Knight Frank international consulting company is responsible for commercialization of the structure. Furthermore, the architectural project was prepared by Mariusz Chrobak from Archi Pro studio, the general contractor is Stalbud Konstrukcje and the owner of the structure is the Midvest company constituted by the main shareholder of Murapol Group, its founder and perennial Chairman of the Board and presently – Chairman of the Supervisory Board. As the information founded on the website suggests, Midvest and Murapol are planning a consolidation in 2016.
