Construction works in EQlibrium office

EQlibrium
A new structure will be located at the crossroads of Jan Kazimierz and Ordona Streets in the Warsaw Wola district. Jointly, it is going to offer 10 500 sq. m of office and service area. The building of the structure will start on 16th September this year.

The EQlibrium investment is the first office project of Waryński Group. The office class A will be composed of two combined solids – 11-and 6-tier. There will be 113 parking places on two underground tiers. The structure will be equipped with many ecological solutions which will be confirmed by the BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level. The office will be commissioned in the first quarter of 2017.

 

EQlibrium will be located in the Warsaw Wola district, which is becoming more and more important location for office investments, especially in the region of Rondo Daszyńskiego, where the number of such structures is still increasing. The new „business city” is being created exactly in this part of the capital – in the neighborhood of Rondo Daszyńskiego. It was noticeable by many companies which decided to move their headquarters from other districts of Warsaw to big offices in Wola. However, there are many companies which do not want to move into large-area complexes and be one of many tenants. We are preparing the EQlibrium project for such clients – says Jarosław Jankowski, Chairman of the Board in Waryński SA Grupa Holdingowa. It will be a direct and smaller alternative for offices from the neighborhood of Rondo Daszyńskiego. At present, we are observing a great interest among office tenants such as SGS Poland and companies offering various services like Fitness24Seven chain of gyms, thanks to location, perfect communication with i.a. A1 motorway and functionality. We reached the level of renting the office which enables obtainment of external financing and thus starting the investment. In comparison to many investors, we are not building speculatively and we had signed contracts with tenants, who are going to develop a substantial part of the area, before the commencement of the building – adds Jankowski. 

 

The project of the office was devised in the S.A.M.I. Architekci Mariusz Lewandowski i Wspólnicy architectural studio. The investor chose Budimex for the general contractor. The company will be responsible for performance of the building and preparation of area surrounding the structure within the signed agreement with the total value of ca. 56 million zlotys. We are very glad that Waryński Group trusted our company once again and allowed us to realize its major office project.
