An office owned by ENEA Operator – one of the biggest distributors of electricity on the domestic market – will be extended and redeveloped. The realization of the investment, whose general contractor is PTB Nickel, started in the second half of November this year. Its completion is envisaged within about 10 months. A wing composed of 4 tiers is going to be built on the structure located at Strzeszyńska Street in Poznań. Its total usable space will amount to nearly 3300 sq. m. The building will offer offices, conference halls as well as one-tier underground garage and technical infrastructure. Moreover, Centralna Dyspozycja Mocy will be located in the newly built structure. The project of a new wing, which refers to the existing development, was devised in Poznań Litoborski+Marciniak architectural studio.
As a general contractor, our company is responsible for modernization of the existing structure and development of new internal roads, pedestrian passages and underground parking places. We are very glad that such a renowned company on the Polish market entrusted us the newest investment – says Michał Nickel, chairman of PTB Nickel.
