The office in Rzeszów owned by DevelopRes obtained a use permit. The structure also gained its first tenant – PwC company. I am very glad about the credit for our company – it is a great ennoblement for the SkyRes Warszawska and this choice perfectly emphasizes the intensive development of Rzeszów that attracts worldwide renown companies – says Radosław Walas, member of the board in DevelopRes. The new tenant is going to open its headquarters in SkyRes very soon.
PwC is present in 157 countries and it hires 208 000 employees all over the world. Over 2000 people work in Polish departments of the company. PwC has owned offices in Gdańsk, Katowice, Cracow, Łódź, Poznań, Wrocław and Warsaw so far.
SkyRes Warszawska is located in a well-communicated part of Rzeszów in very close proximity to the city center at the crossroads of Warszawska and Lubelska Streets. It has 13 floors and underground car park. The building offers 20 000 sq. m of lease office space. SkyRes Warszawska is the first office building designed in the SkyRes complex which is composed of office buildings as well as residential buildings. The second office class A – SkyRes Lubelska – is currently being prepared. Its size will amount to 17 000 sq. m.
Developres is a family company fully based on the Polish capital. It was founded in 2006 and its activity is connected with a complex preparation of investments projects related to the residential industry. In 2012 the management of Developres made a decision about extending its activity on the market of modern office areas, which contributed to the building of SkyRes Warszawska.
