Marynarska Point II received the BREEAM In-Use certificate. The structure was assessed in two areas – technical solutions applied in the building (Asset) and management of the building (Building Management).

Marynarska Point II received the BREEAM In-Use certificate. The structure was assessed in two areas – technical solutions applied in the building (Asset) and management of the building (Building Management). In the first case, that is technical equipment, Marynarska Point II received a grade at the Very Good level, whereas in the case of management procedures – at the Excellent level. Go4Energy was responsible for certification process.

 

The manager of the office is BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland. The fact of receiving the BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Excellent level confirms the highest standards that BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland applied in the area of real estate management – says Barbara Berta, Technical Director, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

 

Many ecological technologies were applied in Marynarska Point II such as free-cooling, efficient heat recovery in air-conditioning centrals, adiabatic high-pressure humidification and facility management system – BMS. It is worth mentioning that Marynarska Point received a certificate in the European GreenBuilding system in 2009, which confirmed that the building consumes 31 per cent less energy than it is required by Polish norms.

 

Marynarska Point II is located at Postępu 15C Street in the Warsaw Mokotów district. It is composed of 10 aboveground tiers. The group of tenants in the structure includes e.g. DnB Nord Bank and HDS. CBRE consulting company is responsible for commercialization of the office.
