Works at realization of a new office investment of Ghelamco Poland have already started in close proximity to the Warsaw Spire complex – that is Wronia 31 office. The project is being realized on the plot located at the crossroads of Łucka and Wronia Streets in the neighborhood of European Square (Plac Europejski). There will be jointly 16 000 sq. m in the 15-tier structure, including 15 150 sq. m of office space and 850 sq. m of commercial and service space. There will be also two separate entrances as well as passage joining the building with European Square. Moreover, an observation deck will be located on the 7th floor and it will be turned at Łucka and Wronia Streets. The investment will also include a realization of an independent underground garage with 195 parking places as well as infrastructure for enthusiasts of single-track vehicles – 54 parking places for bicycles and two changing-rooms equipped with showers.

The project of Wronia was designed in the Belgium M. & J-M. Jaspers – J. Eyers & Partners architectural studio. The structure will be distinguished with a small size and different architectural concept than Warsaw Spire. The building's elevation will be finished with such materials as stone and glass. The structure will be perfectly signed into surrounding development.

Wronia 31 was designed and realized in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction. The office will be certified in the BREEAM system. Wronia 31 will be the 9th building in the portfolio of Ghelamco which received the ecological certificate.

Works at realization of the investment started in 2015. At present, the building of underground tiers is currently being conducted. The completion of Wronia 31 is planned on the second quarter of 2017.
