One of the largest medical centers in Poland – Medicover – is situated in Equator II. The company did not only renew the lease contract but it also extended space to 1939 sq. m.

Medicover is one of the key tenants in Equator II. The company occupies 1647 sq. m in the office situated at Aleje Jerozolimskie. It is one of the largest clinics owned by this chain in Poland. The company decided to extend lease in Equator II for the next 10 years.

 

Karimpol has been delivering space for medical service in Warsaw for 12 years. The further cooperation with such a highly prestigious international medical company as Medicover gives a lot of satisfaction. It is also a testimonial for both the building and the high quality work environment which we managed to create – says Harald Jeschek, Managing Partner of Karimpol Poland.

 

The contract concluded between Medicover and Karimpol envisages extension of existing leasable space by more than 290 sq. m. The additional space will be developed for a chemist’s and dentist’s, which will be launched on September 2017.


Equator II was commissioned in 2011. The building offers 21 300 sq. m of modern office space situated on 14 aboveground tiers. There will be also a 3-tier underground garage for more than 250 vehicles in the office as well as additional 45 parking spaces outside the building. The key tenants are School and Pedagogical Publishers, AON and REGUS. The building was awarded BREEAM In-Use at the Very Good level. It was designed by APA Wojciechowski architectural studio.
