Pracuj Group has joined the group of foregoing tenants in ASTRIS. This new tenant will move into the building at the beginning of December this year and it will occupy over 500 sq. m. Pracuj Group is the owner of Pracuj.pl, Rabota.ua, employ platform and eRecruiter system. The company also delivers solutions which upgrade recruitment processes as well as maintenance and development of employees. It is one of the most dynamically developing technological companies, which supports activities in such fields as HR and communication in Central Europe.
A perfect location that provides a convenient access by both public communication and car as well as modern IT solutions – these are the main reasons for which we have decided to situate our Krakow head office in ASTRIS – says Agnieszka Kozioł, Senior Specialist for Purchase and Administartion of Pracuj Group. – It is also of great importance that ASTRIS is an office class A with all assets of this kind of space. What is more, the building is assessed in accordance with the LEED standard. Additionally, this space is really bright and it allows for individual design and convenient use of office areas – adds Agnieszka Kozioł.
ASTRIS delivers nearly 13 000 sq. m of modern office space to the market in Krakow. The tenants have a car park for ca. 170 vehicles as well as 80 stands for bicycles at their disposal. This investment is designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. The building is assessed in the LEED system and the envisaged certification level is Gold. The investor of this recently erected office is ASTRIS whereas Cushman & Wakefield will be responsible for its commercialization. The general contractor of the building was RE-BAU. The architectural design was devised in the architectural studio by Tomasz Zawisza and Marek Trela. What is more, the international consulting and design company – TEBODIN POLAND from BILFINGER Group – supervised the execution of the investment. All commercial and construction aspects of ASTRIS were coordinated by Jarosław Betka on the behalf of the investor.
