The total resources of modern office space in Poland amount to nearly 10 million sq. m.

Monika Sułdecka-Karaś, Regional Director and Partner, Knight Frank:

The capital of Little Poland is the second largest office market (after Warsaw) in the country. The total office resources of Krakow have recently exceeded one million sq. m. There were 81 000 sq. m erected in the first six months of this year, whereas almost 100 000 sq. m were rented. This is 70 per cent of the annual demand from the last four years. As we can see, companies want to develop their business activity in this part of Poland. The attractiveness of Krakow is confirmed by its promotion to the 8th place in the Tholons 2017 ranking, which includes the most favorable cities to invest in the world. When it comes to Europe, the capital of Little Poland occupies the 2nd place.
