Bobrowiecka 8 office building has just been commissioned and thus nearly 22 000 sq. m of office space class A and over 2400 sq. m of service space have been delivered to the market in Warsaw. What is more, this investment offers over 500 parking spaces in 2-tier underground garage. Bobrowiecka 8 is the third building of the Bobrowiecka complex situated in the Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district.

The office is situated in the Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district at the entry to the route of Most Siekierowskiego. The investment is erected between Bobrowiecka 10 and Bobrowiecka 6, thus completing the urban Bobrowiecka complex. All buildings within this complex were designed by JEMS Architekci.
Bobrowiecka 8 was executed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and BREEAM certification. Developer and manager of this investment is Spectra Development whereas Hochtief Poland is a general contractor. Additionally, CBRE Agency is an exclusive agent responsible for commercialization. So far, the lease contracts in Bobrowiecka 8 have been signed by such companies as CEDC International and Engie Services.
