An office complex in Kielce has received the GreenBuilding certificate granted by European Commission. The project has been designed by DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne in 2007 and realized by Echo Investment.
Astra Park is located by al. Solidarnosci. It consists of three buildings of 16.3 thousand sq. meters of space overall. Among its tenants there are companies such as Echo Investment, Cersanit and Barlinek.
GreenBuilding is a project of European Union which purpose is to increase the level of electrical efficiency of buildings. The basic requirement for the building is the energy consumption decreased at a rate of 25% in relation to the national standards.
