Leader of the Polish furniture market as well as educational and teaching aids leases over 7 500 sqm of warehouse and office space in Łódź.

Nowa Szkoła specializes in comprehensive equipping various establishments with furniture of different kind, including nursing, kindergarten and school apparatus as well as rehabilitative and sport devices or educational aids and toys.

Leader of the Polish furniture and educational aids market has been operating since 1992. Now, due to increased demand for warehouse space, the company relocates to a new head office.

While choosing this new warehouse space, the crucial factors to us were both location and capability to adapt. We expected a building situated within administrative territory of the city mainly because of our employees, for whom we wanted to provide a convenient access to work place. Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub definitely met our expectations in this area. Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub offers innovative warehouse and office space. This largest Polish logistic complex is situated at Jędrzejowska Street next to the A1 highway, the only Polish north-south highway. The new tenant may intend nearly 7 300 sqm for the warhouse part and 260 sqm for offices. The customer was advised by AXI IMMO during negotiating lease conditions.


Nowa Szkoła leases space in Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub due to attractive location of the park, beneficial rental conditions and opportunity of adjusting technical aspects of the building to the needs of the company, the operations of which require above-standard floor load-bearing capacity. Mainly due to specific technical requirements of the customer, the process of searching for the right space needed to be narrowed down to buildings that are currently being planned, which constituted a great challenge.
