Alterco, coopartnership running in a development business, wants to invest PLN 75 million in Wrocław's district - Kowale. Company entered into preliminary contract for purchase of shares in two special purpose vehicles, which will be established to carry out a complex investment process on the area of Stocznia Rzeczna on Odra. The largest investment in the company's history will start after fulfilling all conditions concluded in the contract.
Properties with a total space of about 10ha will enter into coopartnerships. Investment will have a long-term character - plans accepted by the investor implied a full land use. Investment will have a mix character - on parcel, which belongs to 1st of the coopartnership, flat spaces (lofts) will be build; in the second one - commercial rooms ( office-hotel complex). Both investments should be treated as an integral whole.
We aim to transfer a whole area into a modern multifunctional complex. Within first stage of execution we plan to build a hotel complex as well as office complex and one complex for flats. (...)
