A new residential and office building will be soon erected in the centre of Poznań, at the junction of Małe Garbary and Bóżnicza Street. The building will be created near the Old Town, thus the historical monuments of the city, shops and cultural facilities will be a stone's throw away. The site where Bóżnicza is to be built is a historical part of the city. 200 meters away there is the river Warta and 300 meters away there is Cytadela Park.
The building will be divided into two parts -- office zone which will occupy the first six storeys and residential zone comprising of seven storeys. In the building there will be flats ranging from 42 to 87 square meters, as well as diversified offices and shops on the ground floor. In the lobby there will be reception. The building will be monitored. There will be also an underground parking.
Bóżnicza architectural design was created in the architectural office of Ewa i Stanisław Sipińscy. Construction works are scheduled to be completed in 2015.
As says the investor, the project combines business, entertainment, culture at your fingertips, and is a good investment to rent. More and more especially young people want to live in the centre of Poznań. It is proved by the speed at which the flats in our building at Towarowa Street were sold - says Paweł Szkudlarek from management board of Ataner.
Ataner company was established in 1991. It specialises in residential and commercial buildings construction. So far the company commissioned to use nearly 100 000 square meters of office and commerce space. The company’s portfolio includes such projects as Delta at 35 Towarowa Street and OMEGA at 79 Dąbrowskiego Street in Poznań.
