Green Property Group company is going to build an office building next to the famous Czarny Kot hotel in Warszawa

The project will be created between Okapowa, Młocińska and Burakowa streets, in the spot where currently furniture stores are operating. Green Property Group is the investor. The company's President - Artur Nowakowski - has great experience in the commercial property market as he was, among other things, the president of the Polish division of Unibail-Rodamco company which invested such projects as Galeria Mokotów, Złote Tarasy and Arkadia.

The building will have 32 storeys and will be 120 meters high. It will provide about 28 000 square meters of office space and four storeys of underground parking. The design was developed in JSK Architekci studio, which also created Business Garden complex at Żwirki i Wigury Street in Warszawa. The building will be nearly 20 meters higher than the neighbouring Babka Tower. Czarny Kot hotel, an example of unauthorised construction famous in Warszawa, is also nearby as well as Arkadia shopping centre. One more 100 meters high building can be created in the area, between Jana Pawła II Avenue and Okapowa Street. HB Reavis and Balmoral Properties also invest in the neighbourhood.

Greep Property Group bought the plot a year ago. The previous owner obtained land development conditions allowing to build a 120 meters high tower in that location. The company is going to apply for the building permit in the City Hall this year. The tower at Babka Roundabout is going to be the highest project invested by the company owned by Artur Nowakowski. Commissioning to use is scheduled to take place about two and a half years later.
