The deal for construction of a storage room with offices in Łódź has been signed on the 18th of May. The company PLC Poland Sp. z o.o. is the investor of the project. The value of the investment has been set at 3 million Euro gross (on the day of creating this report it's precisely 14.514.867,15 zlotys). The investment is due to be finished by 1st of September 2011.
The object of the second deal, signed on the 28th of June with PLC Poland 28, is the construction of a second storage with an office space in Łódź by Dostawcza St. The value of this investment is 2,869 millions Euro gross ( 11 481 030,84 zlotys gross). The sides have set the date of the ending of the structure on 20th of October 2011.
On the 4th of August, Mirbud has signed a deal with an investor - INDUSTRIAL CENTER 4 Sp. z o.o. - for the construction of storage location with offices on the area of Panattoni Park Święcice, Błonie - Kopytów. The investment worth over 5 million zlotys gross will be put into operation on the 15th of February 2012.
Mirbud operates as general contractor or general constructor of the investments on the construction market in Poland. One of the affiliated companies of Mirbud JHM Development sp. z o.o., which has just began its operations on the Warsaw's Stock Exchange, is responsible for the completion of housing investments. At the same time, Mirbud focuses on the constructions of storage-logistics locations, malls, public institutions structures and infrastructure related works.
