The office building created by Developers sp. z o.o. will be the first high profile A class office building in Rzeszów available for rent. The construction of SkyRes Warszawska has begun on the 17th of October this year. The location will be put into operation by the end of 2014.
During the planing period the office building has went through a lot of changes. The investor's purpose was to create a fully leaseholder oriented structure. SkyRes will offer a total of 20 000 sqm of space on its thirteen floors which will have a well adjusted lighting systems as well as modern ventilation and air conditioning systems equipped with moisturises. The location will also include reinforced areas useful for places like server rooms, raised floors, lowered ceilings, modern BMS, CCTV and fire protection systems as well as places just for cyclists – 105 parking spots for cyclists and special locker and shower rooms. An important part of the office building's equipment will be the independent system of double energetic supply. 7 fast elevators and an underground garage with 211 parking spots will also be present in the building. The users will also make use of 127 parking spots and 195 parking locations for cyclists both adjacent to the building. 3D Architekci sp. z o.o. is responsible for the architectural design.
SkyRes Warszawska is being constructed in accordance with the requirements of balanced construction and has been registered for LEED and BREEAM certificates in May 2013.
The investor along with the architectural office are cooperating on another modern office investment in Rzeszów – SkyRes Lubelska.
