Adgar Business Centre, which is located near Postępu 15 avenue on Mokotów in Warsaw, will soon have the new facade. Complex modernization will be ran by Adgar Postępu Sp. z o.o. Works are to be completed in summer 2011 and the company responsible for them is Architectural Studio of Katarzyna Uszok.
Adgar complex is one of the most modern, technologically advanced and well equipped office complexes in Warsaw. Modernization of Adgar Business Centre's building's facade will make all the buildings of the complex become consistent not only because of the equipment, but also the exterior form - Eyal Litwin, The Vice-President of Adgar Investments & Development Ltd, says.
Modernization of the facade will include the change of colours of exterior parts of the building. The use of gray and beige, as well as natural building materials will allow the complex to fit better in the surrounding landscape of the city.
