New office in Warsaw?

Eiffage Polska Nieruchomości and Avestus Real Estate filed an application to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). It pertains establishment of a joint company engaged in e.g. building of a new office.

Eiffage Polska Nieruchomości and Avestus Real Estate filed an application to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. It pertains establishment of a joint company under the name of Quadrat Postępu Sp. z o.o., which will be engaged in e.g. building of a new office not exceeding 21 000 sq. m of usable space on the area of Warsaw.

 

The concentration will be made on the basis of the existing entrepreneur – Quadrat Postępu Sp. z o.o. with a headquarters in Warsaw – the only shareholder of which is currently Eiffage Polska Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. – as we may read in the announcement on the website of UOKiK.

 

Except for the building of an office structure, Quadrat Postępu will be also engaged in its commercialization, management and – as a target – sale of the realized building.

 

Eiffage Polska Nieruchomości is owned by Eiffage Capital Group, the main object of which is general contracting of buildings.

 

Avestus Real Estate is owned by Avestus Capital Group, which specializes in investment and developer activities as well as consultancy in the area of developer processes. The company delivers services from the real estate sector to Avestus Capital Partners, which is an international investor locating its capital in properties. Avestus Real Estate realized such office structures as Warsaw International Business Center, Warsaw Financial Center or building F in the Wiśniowy Business Park complex. At present, it is a developer of the Enterprise Park complex, which is being realized in Cracow. The company owns offices in Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Romania, Hungary and Slovakia.
