EKOLAN rented the whole storey in the boutique office building Good Point 761 in Sopot. The building is a mix of a revitalised 19th century tenement house and modern office space. It is located at Aleja Niepodległości 761, the major artery of the Tricity.

The idea of boutique office buildings is just starting to develop in Poland. It is an attractive alternative for large business centres. The aim of the boutique office buildings is to create an individualised and cosy space which also provides high level of comfort for the workers. EKOLAN plans to locate its next boutique project in Gdynia, on Śląska street.
All of the employees of EKOLAN, previously working in sales offices located on Armii Krajowej street in Sopot and Wielkokacka street in Gdynia, will now move to Good Point 761. Other companies are also going to rent space in the building.
