After development, the largest and centrally situated building gained a three-tier glass superstructure with the area of ca. 1000 sq. m and it is equipped with a panoramic elevator. The elevations of the offices are made from brick with elements of a sandstone, alucobond and glass. The decoration of the complex are big and stylized windows from metanti wood in English green color located on the ground floor and granite floor on a courtyard and the main pedestrian tract.
