Three lease contracts were finalized in the second quarter of 2016, thanks to which more than 1400 sq. m were rented in North Gate in Warsaw.

Lease contracts concerned renegotiation with two foregoing tenants – JARA and BPG Poland. JARA decided to extend the rented area (it currently occupies ca. 685 sq. m) and BPG Poland renewed its lease contract. North Gate also gained a new tenant – Biuro Instytucji Demokratycznych i Praw Człowieka (Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights – ODIHR). It is the European institution subordinated to OBWE (the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe). It will occupy more than 250 sq. m in the office.

The recent months have been really intensive for us – not only due to works in the area of planned modernization of North Gate but also because of the finalized lease contracts in the building (…). Together we managed to secure lease contracts for more than 1 400 sq. m – says Łukasz Laskowski, Asset Manager, who runs the office of Deka Immobilien in Poland. DEKA Immobilien, which is the owner of this property, was represented by Knight Frank during the lease process.

North Gate is a 24-tier building class A situated at Bonifraterskiej 17 Street in Warsaw. It offers ca. 30 000 sq. m of office space class A. There is a 5-floor car park in the building, which provides tenants with 310 parking places. Moreover, there are also restaurants and service points such as a company bookshop of the C.H. Beck publishing house. The complex was awarded BREEAM In-Use at the Very Good level in two categories: "Asset" and "Building Management".
