Foster Wheeler Energy Poland rented space in Warta Tower, Warsaw office block managed by Kulczyk Silverstein Properties.

It is not the only lease agreement recently signed in Warta Tower. The company ITMAGINATION, which provides analytical and business systems of the Business Intelligence class and produces software to order, has rented additional space in the building.

Constant development of business competence of ITMAGINATION, as a result of which we established two new special-purpose vehicles - ITM OUTSOURCING and ITM 4MOBILE, as well as enlarging our staff with experienced IT specialists, influenced our decision to increase the amount of office space rented in Warta Tower, said Daniel Arak, Business Development Director in ITMAGINATION, who added that the decision to extend the lease agreement was made in response to the needs of the employees, for whom the attractive location of the building is of importance. The big advantages are also favourable lease conditions and the high standard of the office space, emphasised Daniel Arak.

The lease agreement was also extended by the Polish branch of ExxconMobil, one of the largest petrochemical companies in the world, the producers of the Mobil oil.

Warta Tower is 88-metre complex opened in 2000, consisting of two integrated parts: 82-metre tower and six-storey platform. It offers a total of 27 000 sq. m. The tenants of the building include: TUiR Warta, Grupa KBC and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway. CBRE is responsible for the commercialisation of Warta Tower. The office block has a midnight blue facade and hall designed by Wiesław Olko, decorated with the sculptures by Barbara Falander.

Warta Tower continues to be one of the most recognisable office blocks in the capital city. The project has a well established position on the market, and the tenants themselves appreciate not only the perfect location, high technology standard and working comfort, but also numerous facilities, such as restaurants, garden for the tenants and their guests, conference centre and the presence of a bank and medical facility, said Piotr Trzciński, Head of Asset Management in Kulczyk Silverstein Properties.
