Five new tenants – OKAM Capital, ILHO, Slovenske Elektrarne, Tuatara and Haier – are going to occupy jointly 1771 sq. m of office area in the Warsaw complex.

The first tenant who rented the biggest office with the size of 725 sq. m is OKAM Capital residential developer. It has been present on the market since 2004 and it owns over 1000 residential premises which are currently being in the process of construction. Another company which is going to move into the complex and occupy 331 sq. m – that is ILHO – is a general contractor servicing the chain of Biedronka supermarkets. Moreover, Slovakian partnership from the energetic sector owned by Enel Group – Slovenske Elektrarne – is going to move into the office with the same size. The fourth tenant will be Tuatara which provides IT services for business in the area of Digital Front Office, Big Data and Real-Time Analytics. It will occupy 228 sq. m in the complex. A global leader among brands producing big AGD and electronic equipment for individual consumers – Haier is also going to move into Adgar Park West.

 

Adgar Park West office complex is located in the western part of the business center of the capital and it is composed of three combined buildings: building A with the size of 11 740 sq. m, building B with the size of 17 160 sq. m and building C with the size of 14 260 sq. m.
