It is another project which is being realized by Xplan in the Warsaw Concept Tower office. We are glad that we could establish constant cooperation with the building's developer and successfully realize other office areas intended for tenants of the skyscraper from Wola. We care about building long-lasting relations with developer with whom we work every day in both Warsaw and Tricity. On the Gdańsk market, we are responsible for works of fit out type in the whole Neptun Office Center which was built by Hines. At such complex cooperation, we are able to provide services at the highest construction and project level. Architects from Xplan were responsible for all arrangement and construction works performed in the headquarters of Telwa Group Trading designed by Katja Sadziak. The effect of their works is a large kitchen with a bar, open space area, two offices, server room and warehouse. Both bar part and the whole office are characterized by simple Scandinavian stylistics. Interesting elements of the arrangement are black and white mosaic on the main wall in the kitchen and decorating the entrance hall as well as a green wall covered with live greenery.
A relaxation zone, in which curtains separating it from the rest of the room were installed, is located in the central part of the office. Moreover, PCV panels remaining wood were laid on the floor in the whole office.
