Retro Office House
A new office and retail building – Retro Office House – is currently being erected in close neighborhood of the strict city center of Wrocław. The building is situated at the crossroads of Piłsudskiego and Komandorskiej Streets. It will comprise 6 aboveground tiers and one underground tier. There will be commercial and retail space on the ground floor of the building. The investment will offer 20 700 sq. m of leasable space in total. It was designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio. The realization of Retro Office House is being conducted in accordance with the adopted schedule. The commissioning is envisaged on the second quarter of 2018.
- Rynek 49
Rynek 49 offers more than 2000 sq. m of leasable space in the historical walls of the tenement house. The interiors of the building were developed in such a way to fit the modern standards. This revitalized building is situated on the plot at Igielna Street. It is the former historical merchant house, which was signed to the register of monuments. Rynek 49 is a 5-floor building. Technical premises will be located in the underground tier, whereas the ground floor and the first floor are intended for retail space and higher tiers (3rd-5th) are developed by offices. There is also a possibility of adaptation of the attics for office areas. Immobillo Group is responsible for commercialization.
- Wrocławski Park Biznesu
The first office complex of low-rise and small development was erected in the capital of Lower Silesia in 2011, that is Wrocławski Park Biznesu situated at Strzegomska Street. This office complex is characterized by quiet and full of greenery surroundings.
Another investment of Devco is Wrocławski Park Biznesu 2 at Wołowska Street, which also constitutes a complex of office buildings in small development. The complex is located in northern part of Wrocław (Psie Pole district). It comprises of four adjacent buildings with a common square surrouneded with greenery. The space of rented offices amounts to ca. 25 000 sq. m.
What is more, Wrocławski Park Biznesu 3 is located at Bierutowska Street. It is a complex of buildings, the main and the largest of which is multi-sash office building of the size amounting to more than 30 000 sq. m, surrounded with greenery and old-growth forest. This building is characterized by historical postindustrial elevation from natural brick.
