The coach:

NATALIA BOGDAN - the co-owner of the nationwide employment agency "Jobhouse", she holds a MBA degree in HR Management. She completed also a posgraduate course in the Employment Law at the University of Gdansk. Since the beginning of her carrier she's been dealing with HR, working as a recruitment specialist and a department manager in one of the largest employment agencies in Europe. Currently, she manages a company which hires over dozen employees in several branches in Poland. In 2012 the company's turnover was as much as 5 million Polish zlotys, with the agency offering employment to nearly 2 thousand temporary employees.
