Business Centre in Lublin will enrich by a new space located at Zana 11a Street. The structure is executed by Damar Inwestycje.
A part of elevation of the building should be currently done. A new brick is being put on the parking. First companies will have a chance to move in in an early spring 2013 - says Andrzej Drelich from Damar Inwestycje coopartnership.
The structure will offer 2 500sqm of office and service space. Investor lets leaseholders to freely choose rooms. Thanks to the philosophy open space, each customer can arrange its space according to its needs. We offer spaces from 85 to 1000sqm - says Marek Adamski from Damar Inwestycje. 100 parking spaces will be put at leaseholders disposal, from which 40 spaces will be located in the underground garage communicated with two tiers by lifts. The purchase of parking spaces in the garage will be available not only for leaseholders of the building.
Investment will be ready-made in a development state in March 2013. The advantage of the building is its location - city centre. Zana Street is a friendly and safe neighbourhood. New building will perfectly be an example of the company from the medical or financing sector - adds Marek Adamski.
Damar Inwestycje coopartnership was established in 2009. They've done the service investment at Kawaleryjska 10 Street on the Błonie settlement, in Lublin.
