IVG buys more in Warsaw

IVG Institutional Funds GmbH bought a new real property in the city centre of the capital city.

At the end of June 2011 IVG bought from PK5 – a special purpose vehicle belonging to AKA BZ WBK, a real property located at Ujazdowska Ave, Warsaw. The value of the transaction has been estimated at 18 m Euro. It is the third office building, after BTC Office Center located in Mokotow and Victoria Building in Wola, which was bought by IVG during last few months.

Our investors are starting to perceive Poland market more favourably appreciating the quality of our products. It is the first building bought by IVG for the purpose the real property fund –IVG Warshau Fonds, its target portfolio should reach the approximate value of 250-300 m Euro – says Maciej Zajdel , president of the board of IVG Poland.

The office building, neighbouring with Seym (Parliament), is currently rented by a polish law firm – Wardynski & Wspolnicy.
