Implementation of the investment process begun in the second quarter of 2011, as a result of which Dipservice is going to turn their kamienica (a Polish equivalent of a tenement house) into a modern office building. The place of a Mexican restaurant will be turned into a 2 500 sqm of class A office space. The ground floor is going to be intended for services (482 sqm).
The building’s facade and interior are going to invoke to the early modernism of 20s of the twentieth century. The building is planned to integrate with the existing fabric, full of kamienice and palaces o an aristocratic character.
Juvenes Projekt Sp. Z o.o., along with Sławomir Stankiewicz – the leading architect, is responsible for the design of the revitalised building. The office building is going to be commissioned in 2012.
