Marcin Faleńczyk is a graduate of the law department in the University of Gdańsk. He also graduated from the postgraduate studies of the investment process in the Warsaw School of Economics. He has been working as an associate director of Invest in Pomerania over the last 9 years, which he also co-created. Marcin Faleńczyk is an excellent choice for a head of the Tricity department of JLL. He has cooperated with a number of foreign investors entering on the Tricity market in Invest in Pomerania and he has coordinated investment processes for many known global brands. Tricity is the fourth largest office market in Poland. The city has three times increased the supply of offices in the region since 2008. There are currently over 115 000 sq. m of offices under construction in Tricity. According to the prospects, the total supply of modern office areas at the end of 2018 can amount to ca. 800 000 sq. m. The main recipients of office areas in Tricity are the companies from the sector of services for business. The agglomeration constitutes the fourth biggest employment office of SSC/BPO in Poland.
