Building E is the fifth structure of the office complex Bonarka for Business (B4B) in Krakow. It is composed of 8 tiers and it offers 10 000 sq. m of leased area class A. It was totally rented after signage of lease contracts with two tenants. Gerda Broker rented ca. 300 sq. m of space on the ground floor, whereas Skelia Poland – ca. 510 sq. m on the fourth floor. The fifth building E is totally rented similarly to building G. At present, the free areas were rented only in building F.

Bonarka for Business (B4B) is a complex of ten office buildings class A (A-J) of the total size amounting to around 95000 sq. m. Bonarka for Business is an investment of TriGranit Development Poland Sp. z o.o. The agent responsible for lease of the second stage of the buildings (E, F and G) of B4B is JLL.
